Childcare Ministry

We are so excited to resume childcare at SBC on Sunday, November 22nd! This will be available during our 9:30am corporate worship service. You can learn about our precautions for our service here.

During this time we are only making childcare available for kids ages 2 and under. We will also be intentionally keeping it to one class with a smaller size (around 5 kids) to enable our kids to spread out while they play.

As always your children are welcome to remain with you through the service. Kid note pages will be provided for those who are in the service.

Below you'll find some questions we anticipate you having, please read through them in preparation!

"What are your safety precautions?"

Temperature checks for kids and volunteers before entering nursery. Volunteers will be wearing masks for the duration of the service. If your child has recently been or is feeling sick, please keep them home

No snacks will be provided, if you would like to bring some for your own child, please label the snack clearly with their name.

A regular cleaning and sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces, this includes sanitizing toys after every service.

As always, every one of our volunteers (ages 18+) has had a background check completed in the last 4 years.

"What about drop

off & pick up?"

We will have a separate entrance for those using the nursery. When you come around to our back parking lot, look for the door with the children's ministry sign!

Please only send one adult for the drop off and pick up of your child. This will allow us to maintain social distancing and minimize contact for volunteers.

Please use hand sanitizer for yourself and child upon arrival and dismissal.

"I have more questions!"

Please reach out to Paul with any other questions that you might have that we didn't answer on this page.

We will gladly seek to do our best to make you feel as comfortable as we can!
